The editorial office received a complaint against the owner of the housing cooperative (ZhSK) "Sharur" Isfandiyar Akhundov, better known as Sharurlu Isfandiyar.

Citizen Elnur Bunyadov told Oxu.Az that Isfandiyar Akhundov is not compensating for the damage caused to him.

"In 2008, I purchased two apartments on mortgage from Azərtikinti ATF LLC, owned by Sharurlu Isfandiyar, in the Khatai district. One of the apartments was a two-room unit, the other was a three-room unit. On January 27, 2008, we bought the three-room apartment, and on October 26, we bought the two-room apartment. The price of the three-room apartment was 91,000 dollars, I paid 63,500 dollars for it. The price of the two-room apartment was 70,000 dollars, I paid 22,000 dollars. We registered one of the apartments in my brother's name.

We bought the apartments from the director of Azərtikinti ATF LLC, Azer Guliyev, but the owner of the company is Isfandiyar Akhundov. When we bought the apartment, 2-3 floors of the building had been constructed. About a year and a half later, we realized that we had been deceived. Construction in the building was temporarily suspended, so we stopped making payments. Azer Guliyev was arrested. He was sentenced to 11 years in prison.

Subsequently, Azərtikinti ATF LLC was liquidated, and LLC Orkhan was created in its place. At LLC Orkhan, they told us they didn't know us. In total, we suffered damage amounting to 85,500 dollars. No one is considering our complaints. The relevant authorities listen to us, but don't take any action," he said.

Elnur Bunyadov noted that he had met with Isfandiyar Akhundov 3 times.

"To avoid returning the money, he said that Azer sold you the apartment at a low price. He offered us an apartment at a very high price. The damage caused to us was not compensated, and we were not provided with an apartment," he stated.
