"Nar" supports women's personal development in the regions

"Nar" company is one of the key partners of the "Her Art in Action" festival, which starts on the eve of International Women's Day. By supporting this project, "Nar" contributes to the development of creativity and freedom of expression. The festival will run from March 9 to April 6, and its main theme this year is "Freedom of Imagination," exploring how women individually and collectively imagine, visualize, and express their dreams. Organized by the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan and the VarYox platform, the festival brings together art enthusiasts and promotes creative self-expression.
As part of its social inclusion strategy, "Nar" is also organizing the participation of students from Boarding School No. 11 in the festival. This initiative helps the young generation to get acquainted with art, develop creative potential, and expand opportunities for self-expression. Students will have the opportunity to explore various artworks within the exhibition and participate in interactive workshops and events.
"Nar" Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications, Hokuma Karimova, speaking at the festival opening, noted: "At 'Nar,' we are proud to support art that preserves national and cultural values. The 'Her Art in Action' festival not only strengthens women's role in art but also provides an opportunity for talented artists from the regions to make themselves known. Additionally, we create an inclusive environment by supporting the participation of Boarding School No. 11 students in the festival."
Exhibition curators Leslie Gray and Aina Moazzen will present works by local artists from various regions of Azerbaijan, as well as international artists and curators. The exhibition will include paintings, video works, installations, and performances, along with workshops, portfolio reviews, and discussions.
