HONOR celebrated its 5-year brand anniversary and presented its development strategy

On December 5, 2026, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 5th anniversary of HONOR's independence was held at the JW Marriott Absheron hotel. During the event, guests learned about the brand's key achievements, its development in Azerbaijan, and strategic plans for the next year.

Jing Xi, the head of HONOR in Azerbaijan, delivered a welcome speech, highlighting the brand's confident growth in the local market, expansion of its product portfolio, and strengthening of its share in key categories. He also noted the successes of the past five years, spoke about local bestsellers, and the increased recognition of HONOR among Azerbaijani consumers. According to him, in 2026, the company plans to increase its market share, introduce new product categories, and continue its course toward innovation in the AI-device segment.

Five years of independence: brand transformation and growth in Azerbaijan

Over the past five years, HONOR has evolved from a mid-range smartphone manufacturer to a technology leader shaping the new industry of on-device AI and smart ecosystems.

The brand has firmly established itself in the premium segment, increased local distribution, and expanded its product line - from smartphones to wearable devices and AI gadgets. The growth in popularity in Azerbaijan is also associated with the emergence of successful models that have become bestsellers in the region, and with strengthening brand trust as innovative and user-oriented.

At the global level, HONOR presented a large-scale Alpha Strategy - a five-year development plan with investments exceeding $10 billion, aimed at transforming the company into a global leader in AI ecosystems.

Already today, HONOR demonstrates leadership in embodied intelligence technology: robots based on the company's algorithms can effectively navigate in space and develop speeds of up to 4 m/s.
