Yerevan plans to cooperate with the EU mission after the peace agreement with Baku
Armenia intends to cooperate with the European Union civilian mission after signing a peace agreement with Azerbaijan, according to which observers must leave the conditional Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, Deputy Foreign Minister of the republic Paruyr Hovhannisyan stated this at a briefing.
"We can discuss a new mandate for observers with the EU, and cooperation does not necessarily have to be limited to border issues. We will be able to find the right model to continue working with European observers," he noted.
According to Hovhannisyan, Armenia is ready to cooperate with all international partners, including Russia, to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan.
