Starting tomorrow, strong winds will hit Baku and the regions

Windy weather is expected in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions of Azerbaijan from August 27 to 30.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the National Hydrometeorological Service has issued yellow and orange warnings in this regard.

In Nakhchivan, Goygol, Ganja, Samukh, Agstafa, Gazakh, Dashkasan, Tovuz, Gadabay, Gusar, Shamkir, Khizi, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan, Gobustan, Shirvan, Hajigabul, Neftchala, Agdam, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Tartar, Barda, Bilasuvar, Salyan, Jalilabad, Masalli, Yardimli, Lerik, Kalbajar, Lachin, Fuzuli, Beylagan, Imishli, Saatli, Sabirabad, and Jabrayil, a westerly wind with speeds of 13.9–20.7 m/s is expected, corresponding to the yellow level of weather danger.

In Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Goranboy, Naftalan, Julfa, and Ordubad, a northwesterly wind with speeds of 20.8–28.4 m/s is expected, corresponding to the orange level.
