By order of President Ilham Aliyev, the Prosecutor of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR), Sanan Pashayev, has been awarded the highest special rank of State Counselor of Justice, 2nd Class.
We present a brief biographical summary of Sanan Pashayev.
He was appointed Prosecutor of the NAR by order of President Ilham Aliyev on May 23, 2023.
On December 30, 2022, by order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Kamran Aliyev, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. In this position, he replaced Maherram Talybov, the son of former Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the NAR Vasif Talybov.
Previously, S. Pashayev held the position of Deputy Head of the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office.
He has been awarded the medal "For Distinguished Service in Public Administration" by the President.
