As reported by BAKU.WS, this was said by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in his speech at the 12th summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), taking place in Gabala.

Expressing deep gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the sincere invitation and unprecedented hospitality, V.Orban noted that, unlike Europe, here reigns respect for family values and loyalty to traditions. "Here we observe an atmosphere where universal human values are carefully preserved, stability and mutual trust prevail. Strong leaders participating in this summit exchange views on joint projects and strategic plans for the future. The achievements of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the renewable energy projects implemented in his country, as well as the importance he attaches to peace and cooperation, indicate that a far-sighted and successful policy is being implemented in this region," emphasized the Prime Minister of Hungary.
