The management of TƏBİB has been entrusted to Bahadur Rzayev

The duties of the Executive Director of the Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units (TƏBİB) have been assigned to Bahadur Rzayev.
According to information obtained by Oxu.Az, as of today he has assumed the powers of the Executive Director of TƏBİB.
It should be noted that B.Rzayev was previously appointed as the Deputy Executive Director of this organization.
As a finalist of the Yüksəliş competition, Bahadur Rzayev completed his studies at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom under the State Program for 2022-2028, specializing in "Health Policy and Management," graduating as the top student of the program.
He also earned a bachelor's degree in "Management" from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as a master's degree in "Organizational Management" from Istanbul University. In 2018-2019, B.Rzayev conducted research on leadership and organizational effectiveness improvement at RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
During his professional career, he headed a department at the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and subsequently held the position of advisor to the chairman of the board of this agency, overseeing matters related to the organization of rehabilitation services, quality control, and service management.
B.Rzayev specializes in healthcare management, organization of medical services, implementation of digital solutions in medicine, quality management, and strategic planning. Prior to his latest appointment, he served as an advisor to the Executive Director
