The world is rapidly moving towards regionalization, and during this challenging period, the countries of the region must present a unified position.

As Oxu.Az reports, this was stated by Talgat Kaliyev, a member of the National Kurultai under the President of Kazakhstan, at the conference on the topic "C6: One Region, Common Future - Strengthening Strategic Dialogue" being held in Baku.

According to him, the countries of the region face a choice: either sit at the negotiating table or "end up on the menu."

"Our leaders realized long ago that we must take our place at the table and dictate our own agenda. For Azerbaijan and other states of the region, the time has come to develop a new strategy for relations with the European Union. It is necessary not just to sell resources as raw materials, but to exchange them for the most advanced technologies. The rare earth metals of the region and human capital can become an alternative platform for Europe's manufacturing capacities," Kaliyev emphasized.

The representative of Kazakhstan also noted that the countries of the region should develop joint cooperation in the field of robotics to minimize risks to the lives of military personnel:

"Studying Turkey's experience in UAV production and China's achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, it is necessary to implement joint military projects. Creating a modern military-technological base within the C6 format should become a priority."
