Judges Appointed to Several First Instance Courts in Azerbaijan - ORDER
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment of judges to a number of first instance courts.
As Azertaj reports, the text of the document states:
"Taking into account the proposals of the Judicial Legal Council, guided by paragraph 9 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

In accordance with Articles 94 and 96 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Courts and Judges," to appoint the following judges as judges of first instance courts:
for courts on grave crimes:

Ganja Court on Grave Crimes
Bashirov Jamil Ismail oglu
Lankaran Court on Grave Crimes
