Haber Global prepared a report on the possible peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia

If the necessary steps are taken, a peace agreement may be signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in a report by the Turkish TV channel Haber Global.
The material also highlights the conditions put forward by official Baku within the framework of a possible peace agreement.
"As is known, the XII Global Baku Forum is taking place these days. The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev emphasized its significance, noting that the forum discusses issues of importance to the entire world.
One of the key issues on the agenda is the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace process. At the moment, 17 points of the draft peace agreement between the two countries have already been agreed upon.
However, for the signing of the treaty, official Baku insists on the fulfillment of a number of conditions: Armenia must abandon territorial claims against Azerbaijan, stop arming itself and not create conditions for third countries to interfere in regional affairs, as well as the official dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group.
To fulfill these requirements, Armenia needs to amend its constitution. If these steps are taken, the signing of a peace agreement will become possible," the report notes.
