Flexible working time models planned for implementation in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan plans to create flexible working time models based on international experience.

As Report informs, the issue is reflected in the "Action Plan for the Implementation of the Employment Strategy for 2026-2030" approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the plan, during the specified period, draft normative legal acts on the application of flexible working time models are to be prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities.

The implementation of the program has been entrusted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
