Ersin Tatar thanked Ilham Aliyev
Victory in Karabakh is a triumph of the entire Turkic world.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Haber Global, this was stated by the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Ersin Tatar during his speech at the 12th summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States.
In his speech, Ersin Tatar called the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev "the liberator of Karabakh" and expressed gratitude for the warm reception.
Note that the summit was held in Gabala, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus participated in the event as an observer.
