"Your Excellency.

On behalf of the State of Israel and its citizens, I am pleased to convey my best wishes to you on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

May this festive day, which we are proud of, mark the beginning of yet another year of peace and prosperity for your state and people!

Israel highly values the strategically vital and actively developing ties with Azerbaijan. They are not limited to politics alone; our peoples are also bound by sincere friendly relations.

It is a special honor for me to call you a friend, and I deeply value our open, sincere dialogue. I sincerely cherish the opportunity to have seen you in Davos at the beginning of the year.

There are numerous challenges in our shared region, and Azerbaijan and Israel serve as two anchors of stability in this complex environment. Moreover, I firmly believe that our close bilateral ties have a positive impact on many other actors in Eurasia as well.

In this regard, I was very pleased to learn about the significant progress achieved in our economic cooperation, especially in the energy sector. I hope that our ties will continue to strengthen in the coming year as well.

May the coming year be a year of continued success and progress for the great Azerbaijani state and its people!"
