Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia Abdisalam Abdi Ali.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Cabinet of Ministers.
At the meeting, it was noted that Azerbaijan attaches special importance to developing relations with African states, including Somalia.
Satisfaction was expressed with the mutual support between the two countries within the framework of international organizations, especially the UN, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Non-Aligned Movement.
During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation between Azerbaijan and Somalia in the areas of investment, agriculture, public services, green energy, humanitarian and other fields were discussed.
