As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated in the address of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the IV International Conference in the Baku Dialogue format on the topic "Building Trust and Developing Effective Mechanisms in Addressing the Issue of Missing Persons."

"Today, the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages, and Missing Citizens, having further expanded its activities, is taking intensive measures to determine the whereabouts of missing citizens and to discover mass graves," the address noted.
