On January 31, partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, with some overcast areas, predominantly without precipitation.

As reported to BAKU.WS by the National Hydrometeorological Service, fog is possible in some places at night and in the morning, and the moderate southwest wind will occasionally intensify.

The air temperature at night will be 3-6° above zero, during the day - 12-17° above zero. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 756 mm Hg to 753 mm Hg. Relative humidity at night will be 80-85%, during the day - 55-60%.

Weather in the regions of Azerbaijan will be predominantly without precipitation, however, short-term precipitation and snow are expected in some mountainous areas during the day. Fog is possible in some places. The moderate westerly wind will intensify in some areas.

The air temperature at night will be 0-5° above zero, during the day - 13-18° above zero, while in the mountains at night it will be 0-5° below zero, and during the day - 10-15° above zero.
