Strong wind expected in Baku and regions - WARNING

A yellow warning has been issued due to windy weather expected on July 7-8 in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions of Azerbaijan.

This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the National Hydrometeorological Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan, Khizi, Shirvan, Gobustan, Hajigabul, Imishli, Saatly, Sabirabad, Neftchala, Salyan, Lankaran, Masally, Astara, Lerik, Yardimly, Jalilabad, Bilasuvar, Kalbajar, Lachin, Mingachevir, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Goranboy, Naftalan, Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Sheki, and Oguz, in accordance with the yellow warning, gusts of northwesterly wind may reach 13.9-20.7 m/s.
