Road police warned drivers

According to weather forecasters, due to precipitation and fog, visibility on roads is expected to be limited to 500-1000 m.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to information from the Main Department of the State Road Police (GUGRP), fog significantly narrows the driver's view, which creates conditions for traffic accidents with a high degree of severity, including mass collisions.

The GUGRP, taking into account this warning, asks drivers in foggy weather to move at minimum speed, maintain sufficient distance, ensure that external lights are working properly, and strictly observe safety rules when overtaking, maneuvering, stopping, standing, and parking.
