Media: Ali Khamenei's widow survived after US and Israeli strikes on Iran

The widow of the slain Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei has survived; reports of her death were erroneous.

This claim was made by the Fars agency, without specifying the source of the information.

"It is hereby reported that the wife of the slain revolutionary leader is alive and the initial reports of her death were incorrect," the statement said.

The death of Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh, the widow of the former Supreme Leader of Iran, several days after being wounded was reported by Al Alam. The opposition television channel Iran International claimed that the woman was in a coma.
