In schools, are parents being asked to sign a commitment agreement?
In recent days, information has spread on social networks that parents are being asked to sign so-called commitment agreements in schools.
As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Xəzər TV, each educational institution drafts this document at its own discretion, establishing certain rules. Then parents sign the agreement, confirming that they take on all the specified obligations.
According to the results of a survey, it was found that some parents demand adjustments to the terms of the agreement, while others agree with its content.
The State Agency for Preschool and General Education stated that each school approves internal rules of conduct based on its charter. The agency also called on parents to actively participate in the school life of their children - to monitor attendance, compliance with the dress code, behavior and relationships with teachers.
