Wind speed in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula has reached 28 m/s.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the National Hydrometeorological Service, strong northwesterly winds are also being observed in the regions.
According to the agency, wind gusts are reaching 23 m/s in Mingachevir, 22 m/s in Naftalan, 20 m/s in Khachmaz and Ganja, 19 m/s in Goranboy, and 16 m/s in Shabran.
