Electronic registration for the competitive recruitment of directors begins

Starting from 11:00 on August 18, the stage of accepting electronic documents begins for the process of hiring directors at state general education institutions where this position is vacant.

As reported by the State Agency for Preschool and General Education, candidates can complete electronic registration via this link until 17:00 on August 21.

The process is conducted by the Ministry of Science and Education in a centralized manner through software via a competition (consisting of selection and interview stages).

At the selection stage, the accuracy of information and documents submitted by candidates will be verified. Citizens who successfully pass this stage will be invited for an interview in order of priority according to the rules.

The interview stage will be conducted by relevant commissions established by the agency. Candidates will be evaluated on their leadership and strategic management skills, pedagogy and teaching, management and organization, communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making, as well as digital, technological, social, and emotional skills.

Each participant will be able to view the competition results on their personal page. Employment relations with candidates who succeed in the competition will be formalized in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
