The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the German company VNG AG discussed potential cooperation areas in the field of renewable energy and low-carbon gas solutions.
As reported by SOCAR's press service, the discussions took place during a meeting between SOCAR Vice Presidents Elshad Nasirov and Afghan Isayev and a delegation from VNG AG.
SOCAR and VNG AG also exchanged views on expanding cooperation in the fields of natural gas and renewable energy.
The meeting also addressed opportunities for utilizing gas infrastructure.
