Zelensky declared disagreement with the USA

The Ukrainian side expressed disagreement with the conditions put forward by the United States regarding security guarantees.

The corresponding statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on his official Telegram channel.

"Our American friends - they are preparing security guarantees. But they said: 'First this exchange of territories or something like that, and then security guarantees.' I believe that security guarantees should come first," Zelensky emphasized.

It is worth noting that the next stage of the negotiation process on the Ukrainian issue will take place in Geneva. The meeting is scheduled for February 17-18.
