By 17:27, 10,214 outage reports had been received. 77% of users experienced issues with the YouTube website, 15% with video streaming, and 7% with the application.
The outage affected users in the USA (12,609 complaints), Japan (5,255), United Kingdom (5,030), Germany (4,070), France, Netherlands, Sweden, and others.
