"The President, together with the Secretary of Defense, will make a statement," representatives of the American administration reported, according to "RIA Novosti".

The important address is scheduled for 23:00 Baku time. The topic of the upcoming statement is being kept secret for now - officials are not disclosing what issues will be addressed by the head of state and the Pentagon chief.
