Trump: USA is seriously considering options for response to events in Iran
The US is seriously considering the possibility of some response to events in Iran, including the use of force.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by US President Donald Trump during a conversation with journalists aboard his plane on the way to Washington from West Palm Beach (Florida), where he spent the weekend at his Mar-a-Lago estate.
"We are considering such a possibility," he said, responding to a question about whether the possibility of responding to events in Iran, including through military means, is being seriously considered.
The head of the White House also indicated that Washington could restore internet access in Iran.
"We can launch the internet. It's possible," he said, adding that this includes the possibility of transferring Starlink terminals owned by Elon Musk to Iran, bypassing the authorities in Tehran. "We can talk about this with Elon Musk. I think I'll call him as soon as I finish talking to you," Trump emphasized.
