American President Donald Trump stated that he cannot agree to the conditions being put forward by Iran for a possible deal with the United States.
"They're asking for something I can't agree to," the American leader told reporters at the White House, responding to a request to clarify what exactly he found unacceptable in Tehran's response, which was conveyed in reply to Washington's proposals for a deal.
As the IRNA news agency reported earlier, Iran transmitted to Pakistan, which is acting as a mediator in the Tehran-Washington negotiations, the text of a new proposal for discussing a long-term truce.
