Famous American actor and martial arts master Chuck Norris, who rose to fame thanks to the iconic TV series "Walker, Texas Ranger," has passed away at the age of 86.
As reported by BAKU.WS citing Variety, according to foreign media outlets, the legendary Hollywood figure passed away in a hospital in Hawaii. According to sources, the actor fell ill the day before during a karate training session, after which he was rushed to the hospital. At the same time, as journalists note, even in the medical facility Norris remained in high spirits — he was answering phone calls and joking with callers.
According to American film industry experts, the artist's passing came as a shock to fans around the world, as he continued to lead an active lifestyle and remained a symbol of strength and discipline.
"With deep sorrow, our family announces the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris. We would like to keep the circumstances private, however it is important to know that in his final moments he was surrounded by the care and love of his family," the official statement from the family reads.
