Strong magnetic storms have begun on Earth

Magnetic storms of class G2 and G3 have begun on Earth due to the penetration of a solar plasma cloud into the planet's magnetic field.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the laboratory of solar astronomy of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in their Telegram channel.

It is expected that in the near future the intensity of disturbances in the Earth's magnetic field will increase.
