Simonyan: Yerevan is conducting negotiations with Baku on Karki

Yerevan is negotiating with Baku so that the Kyarki enclave (the village is an exclave of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic - ed.) on the territory of Armenia becomes Tigranashen.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Oxu.Az, this was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Alen Simonyan to journalists on the sidelines of COP17.

"We are negotiating with Baku so that Kyarki ultimately becomes Tigranashen, so to speak, and Artsvashen (an Armenian enclave within Azerbaijan - ed.) becomes Bashkend," Simonyan said.
