Retired Turkish Brigadier General revealed an unknown feature of the F-35

One of the topics of negotiations that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans to discuss with his American counterpart Donald Trump during his visit to Washington on September 25 will be the F-35 fighters.
As reported by BAKU.WS, in a segment on the Haber Global TV channel on this topic, the possibility of Turkey re-acquiring these aircraft after the country's exclusion from the corresponding project was discussed.
Retired Brigadier General Esat Arslan reminded that Turkey was a partner in the F-35 project until 2019.
Speaking about the features of these fighters, Arslan noted that their weapons are placed not on the outside, but in internal compartments, which ensures their stealth.
He also emphasized that these aircraft are controlled through a specific center.
"The pilot cannot control the fighter until a special code is received from Washington," he stated.
According to the expert, the main advantage of the F-35 is their invisibility to radar systems.
