Preliminary results of elections in Armenia announced

The Central Election Commission of Armenia published the election results as of 06:30 from only 1,296 polling stations out of 2,006, having processed 55.95% of the ballots.

BAKU.WS reports this with reference to Armenian media.

According to these data, the currently ruling "Civil Contract" party is leading with a result of 50.86% (414,608 votes).

In second place is the "Strong Armenia" party bloc, which received exactly 23.19% (189,050).

The third position is held by the "Armenia" party bloc, which has 9.6% (78,275).

In fourth place is the "Prosperous Armenia" party, which received 4.1% (33,417).

The "Wings of Unity" party, occupying the fifth position, currently has 2.3% (18,720).
