Nikolai Valuev declared wanted
The Security Service of Ukraine has declared a search for a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and former world heavyweight boxing champion Nikolai Valuev.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, the search was initiated back in 2022 by the Security Service of Ukraine's Department for the Khmelnytsky region. Valuev has been charged in absentia under the article on "encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine," which, according to the investigation, led to grave consequences.
In addition, the politician and athlete's name has been added to the database of the Ukrainian website "Myrotvorets" (Peacemaker). This resource, operating since 2014, publishes information about individuals whom Ukraine considers a threat to national security.
