Mojtaba Khamenei is recovering after being wounded
Iran's new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is recovering after being wounded on the first day of the US and Israeli attack.
His condition was revealed by Pakistan's Ambassador to Russia Faisal Niaz Tirmizi in an interview with RTVI.
"According to the information we have, he was also wounded in that attack, as he was near his father, with his family — this is, unfortunately, the case. From what I have heard, his condition is improving," the diplomat said.
He emphasized that Islamabad holds "deep respect" for Mojtaba Khamenei, "as his father commanded tremendous authority throughout the world."
