Media: F-35 Burns at US Military Base in California
A fifth-generation F-35 fighter jet caught fire and burned at Miramar Air Base (California).

The U.S. Marine Corps characterized the fighter jet fire as an "aircraft mishap" that occurred on the runway. Footage taken from a helicopter shows a charred fighter jet and thick clouds of smoke.
