Khamenei threatened to open "new fronts" in the confrontation with the US and Israel

Iran's new supreme leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, has threatened to open "new fronts" in the conflict with the US and Israel if hostilities continue.

As reported by Oxu.Az, this was stated in a publication posted on the supreme leader's website.

"Research is being conducted on opening other fronts where the enemy has little experience and will be extremely vulnerable, and their activation will be carried out while maintaining the state of war and taking interests into account," the publication states.

Khamenei also thanked the Lebanese movement Hezbollah and the Shia militia "Islamic Resistance of Iraq" for supporting Tehran in the conflict with the US and Israel.

"I also express sincere gratitude to the fighters of the 'Axis of Resistance'... As we have seen, brave and faithful Yemen has not ceased defending the oppressed people of Gaza, the self-sacrificing Hezbollah, despite all obstacles, came to the aid of the Islamic Republic, and the '[Islamic] Resistance of Iraq' boldly continues this course," the statement says.
