Iran published a 14-point memorandum on settlement with the USA

The memorandum on the settlement of the conflict between the US and Iran consists of 14 points.

This was reported by the Mehr agency, which distributed the document.

It includes the following agreed provisions:

- lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days and withdrawal of American forces from zones bordering the Islamic Republic;

- the US and its allies, in accordance with the agreement, will be required to present plans for the reconstruction of Iran worth no less than 300 billion dollars;

- suspension of sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil and petroleum products;

- Iran and the US will conduct nuclear negotiations within 60 days, at the conclusion of which they will sign an agreement;

- the unfreezing of 12 billion dollars, the lifting of the blockade, and the suspension of oil sanctions are Iran's conditions for nuclear negotiations;

At the same time, issues of Iran's missile program and support for the "axis of resistance" forces in the region are not included in the text of the US-Iran memorandum, Mehr claims.
