US President Donald Trump considers himself the winner from a military-political standpoint, while Tehran, despite heavy losses on the battlefield, claims that it sat down at the negotiating table with stronger leverage. Iran, in particular, turned control over the Strait of Hormuz into its main instrument of pressure.
