Azerbaijani billionaire acquired a major hotel in Russia
In Saint Petersburg (Russia), the new owner of JSC "Nikolskie Ryady" has become structures affiliated with Azerbaijani billionaire Asabil Gasymov (owner of the agricultural Karat Holding). The buyers include LLC "Sanatoriy Istochnik" (60%), owned by Shamama Gasymova, and LLC "Expo" (40%), owned by Taleh Gasymov.

According to estimates by real estate market experts surveyed by the publication, the value of the deal to acquire "Nikolskie Ryady" ranges from 3 billion (64.9 million manats - ed.) to 3.5 billion rubles (75.7 million manats - ed.). Analysts emphasize that this transaction has become one of the most significant and largest on the hotel market of Saint Petersburg for the entire year of 2025.
The "Nikolskie Ryady" complex is located on Sadovaya Street in Saint Petersburg. The area of the property is 27,900 sq.m.
