Alain Delon's youngest son demands that his father's will be declared invalid

The youngest son of the late Alain Delon, Alain-Fabien, has gone to court demanding that his father's will be declared invalid and reconsidered.
According to Le Monde, 31-year-old Alain-Fabien Delon claims that his father could not think clearly when he drew up his will in November 2022. According to the document, the inheritance of 50 million euros was distributed unevenly: daughter Anouchka received 50%, while the sons got only 25% each. Alain-Fabien was particularly outraged that the exclusive rights to his father's creative legacy went to his sister. He notes that Anouchka lived with her father in the last years of his life and could have manipulated him.
In addition, Alain-Fabien intends to challenge the deed of gift that was made out to Anouchka in February 2023. At that time, Alain Delon was in a Geneva hospital. Alain-Fabien explained why he only filed the lawsuit now: he managed to obtain his father's medical records from 2019. These show that the actor had already begun to experience serious problems with memory and perception of reality at that time. This information was concealed during Delon's lifetime. Moreover, the man claims that his sister deliberately hid documents from the family.
Interestingly, in November 2023, another son of Alain - Anthony - filed a lawsuit against his sister, claiming that Anouchka was concealing their father's condition and trying to change the will in her favor. The first hearing in the case is expected on March 9, 2026.
