The owner of the English club "Hull City," Acun Ilıcalı, met with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The Turkish businessman shared the corresponding post on his account on the social network X.
"Despite his busy work schedule, our head of state Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received me at the Presidential Palace. I had the opportunity to tell him in detail about the work we have done for Hull City's promotion to the English Premier League. The attention and interest he showed filled me with pride and happiness," wrote Acun Ilıcalı.
It should be noted that Hull City, which plays in the Championship, will compete in the English Premier League in the new season.
