Mohammed Keremi has been officially appointed as the commander of the ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), reports the IRNA news agency.
Prior to his new appointment, Keremi led the "Quds" base of the IRGC ground forces, located in the southeastern region of Iran.
