The doctor suggested options to make coffee healthier

Gastroenterologist Saurab Sethi shared a way to make coffee healthier in just a few seconds, reports Daily Mirror.
He recommends adding a pinch of cinnamon to black coffee - this not only enhances the aroma of the drink but also brings health benefits. "Cinnamon contains powerful antioxidants, and it also helps smooth out blood sugar spikes," the doctor explained.
Another way to improve the benefits of coffee is to add coconut oil. According to Sethi, such a drink provides the body with energy and is beneficial for brain function. For additional benefits, he advises including grated dark chocolate in coffee. The doctor noted that the polyphenols contained in chocolate, together with coffee, become valuable nutrients for gut bacteria. Additionally, chocolate is an excellent source of antioxidants.
