The doctor also recommends placing one hand on the forehead, pressing slightly from above with the second hand, and tilting the head forward a little. Self-massage of the neck and collar area will also be beneficial. If the pain persists, it's worth drinking a glass of water - sometimes discomfort can be caused by dehydration. However, if the headache is accompanied by nausea, pulsation in the temples, and irregularities in heart rhythm, it is necessary to urgently consult a doctor, Romanenko emphasized.

Dentist-orthopedist Olesya Alborova also expressed her opinion. In an interview with "Gazeta.Ru," she noted that headaches can be associated with disorders in the temporomandibular joint. This may be indicated by pulsating pain in the temples, prolonged aching sensations, as well as increased sensitivity to light and sounds, irritability, depressive state, and discomfort in the neck and shoulders.
