Doctors named the most harmful morning habit that causes cancer

British doctors sound the alarm: the morning cigarette can become a deadly ritual for millions of smokers. Research has shown that a significant portion of tobacco-dependent people start their day with a nicotine dose.
According to a survey, 42 percent of smokers reach for a cigarette within the first half hour after waking up. Doctors warn: this habit leads to a sharp increase in the level of tobacco carcinogens in the blood. This multiplies the likelihood of developing lung cancer, oral cavity cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other oncological diseases.
Researchers found that even a small delay makes a difference. Those who smoke at least an hour after waking up have half the level of body intoxication compared to those who do it immediately.
Doctors strongly recommend giving up morning cigarettes, and ideally - completely eliminating tobacco dependence, reports "Doctor Peter" publication.
Regarding electronic cigarettes, which many mistakenly consider a safe alternative, doctor Alexandra Fileva warns: aerosol from vapes contains toxic substances that pose a danger to others. Although the risks of passive vaping differ from the risks of passive smoking of conventional cigarettes, they also require serious attention and consideration.
