Laser Beauty Estetik clinic, which was previously subject to a license suspension request due to identified violations, continues its operations.

In response to Oxu.Az's inquiry, the head of the medical facility's information department, Kyamalya Asadova, stated that they had not received any letters or notifications about the suspension of activities.

"We learned about the possible license revocation from media reports. After that, we contacted the Ministry of Health but haven't received a response yet, so we continue to work," she noted.

According to her, the clinic operates in the city center and regularly undergoes inspections by the Center for Analytical Expertise.

"Minor violations were previously identified, but after a repeat inspection, it was determined that all deficiencies had been eliminated," K.Asadova added.

It should be noted that Oxu.Az has a document from the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, sent to Laser Beauty Estetik, which notifies about the suspension of the clinic's license.

Recall that as reported by the Ministry of Economy on March 5, during inspections by the Ministry of Health at one of the Laser Beauty Estetik clinic branches (Yasamal district of Baku, Ismayilbek Gutgashinly Street), violations were discovered, and the Ministry of Health sent a request to the Ministry of Economy to suspend or revoke the clinic's license. After this, the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, through its administrative act, suspended the license appendix for the Laser Beauty Estetik clinic branch located on Ismayilbek Gutgashinly Street in Baku. This was due to non-compliance with the Ministry of Health's directives to eliminate identified violations of license conditions.
