There was a power supply failure in the Baku metro, trains are delayed

There are restrictions in the power supply on high-voltage power lines running from the city network towards the "Azi Aslanov" and "Khalglar Dostlugu" metro stations to the "Baku Metro" CJSC, operating as part of the Azerbaijan Transport and Communication Holding (AZCON).
This information was distributed by the press service of "Baku Metro" CJSC.
It is noted that for this reason, to ensure the movement of trains, Baku Metro's diesel generators providing power supply from this direction were immediately connected.
"There are partial delays in train movement. Baku Metro stations continue to function in normal operating mode. We ask passengers to be understanding of the situation, follow the rules of use and safety requirements," the information states.
