Students beat up a classmate in Azerbaijan: parents were called to school

A conflict occurred between 9th grade female students at the Gahraman Ismayilov secondary school in Sharafa village of Masalli district.

This was reported to Oxu.Az in response to an inquiry by the Lankaran-Astara Regional Education Department.

It is reported that during the fight, one of the schoolgirls was injured: "The victim was taken to the hospital and received necessary medical care."

It is noted that appropriate preventive measures are being taken to manage stress and restore a healthy psychological atmosphere.

"The psychological state of the students is being monitored by the school administration and the regional education department. The parents of the schoolgirls were also invited to the educational institution, and an educational meeting was held with them.

We note that the administration of the educational institution and the relevant structures involved in the process have taken necessary measures within the framework of existing rules. Law enforcement agencies are investigating the incident. Considering that the children are now at a sensitive age, and the investigation is ongoing, we ask the public to also show more sensitivity on this issue and refer to the statements of official structures in publications," the information states.
